Hey so I noticed on my Steam that a lot of folks here play TF2, which makes sense because, you know, who doesn't like FUN? So I thought I'd make a thread about it.

Some of the new items are hilariously fun. I love the Baby Face's Blaster - it maxes out so quickly and then you're running around the map at ludicrous speed.

Also, the latest update made this possible:

i love what they did to the medic crossbow, its so fast now

i see a scout being chased by a enemy soldier

i shoot miss the scout hit the soldier, shoot again missed the soldier heal the scout

that scout would have died before the update

My favorite pony modder's quitting making TF2 pony mods. All because he's gotten flak from strangers and other modders over setting up a donation page for his Twilight Sniper project.

This is going to put a damper on whether I feel like playing TF2. Kassgrein's mods were what helped me stay interested in the game. Now I'm stuck with only 1/3 of the team ponified and knowing that the rest will never be finished. I don't think I even want any pony mods if I know I'm not going to one day have the whole set.

I love the new Gloves of Running Urgently! It makes capping the intel on 2fort as a heavy with the help of a medic so easy. X3
