So there's a rumor about a Pokemon fighting game by Namco-Bandai based on Tekken:
And the already-existing 2d fan-game based on Pokemon called Pokemon Type Wild was brought to my attention because of this. I'm not sure it's actually being supported anymore (I'm actually pretty sure it's not), but there's a roster of 9 characters at the moment:
I've played a little, and it's actually pretty well animated. In-game sprites look pretty legit. Mechanically, the game seems like a simple 2D fighter with 4 buttons, a throw/special guard button, and an assist button. Although I'm not positive on all the game systems and mechanics, I think I found a corner infinite on one of the characters already, which doesn't really bode well for game balance. To be fair, it is listed as being in beta.
I'm also not sure on some of the Pokemon choices they made for the roster. Combusken? Blaziken? Gardevoir? Lopunny? Swalot??? Are these Pokemon really the ones that people wanted to play as? I would've thought Pikachu would be pick number one, with like, Charizard at number two, but neither are playable at all.

- Bryan's character dies way too early and for no reason, he fell and he died not by the monster or anything that would actually kill him.

- when godzilla looks like he's about to face off with the kaiju's before the final fight it cuts to an army personnel or the kid watching quick cuts on the news or the aftermath which was really dumb to do and annoying when i wanted to watch godzilla.

- the army is basically dumber then usual, they clearly see the monsters emit emp blasts that can shut down their equipment but still use their jets, and they focus their attacks on godzilla rather then the ones that actually did damage or not bothering to kill the nests of monsters which they already knew about

- they always catch the monster leaving rather than seeing it on the spot, seriously how do they miss them?

Sadly that's what comes with hollywood now with Monster movies, you think something you want is about to happen then it's a tease, it's what I was fearful most about the movie, focusing less on the title character and on the damn people.

Army have never been smart in Godzilla films, not until the 80/90s when they started making shit to combat him like the Super X series, otherwise they've always believed their pitiful guns and tanks could take him. It's a cliche for the series.

Besides Independence day did the same thing with a dog escaping too. Only we know it lived, the dog character in Godzilla probably died.

- I only counted one point where it looked like Godzilla went down for the count and that was moments before he killed the female Muto, but then there's no way Godzilla could've died when there's still one monster left, as mentioned he has a healing factor that rivals Wolverine's, and the only time he ever truly died was by nuclear meltdown inside of him
