An American author and research engineer has filed a lawsuit against Ubisoft and Gametrailers, alleging that the storyline behind the popular Assassin's Creed features many similarities to one of his novels.

I'm not sure how Gametrailers is in the line of getting sued.

Recent news about Dark Souls PC has me bummed out. First world problems, I know, but I almost never get excited about anything now, and this had me excited. Now, I'm just filled with bitter disappointment.

Not just GFWL, but it's apparently going to be locked at 30 FPS, at 720P (Some confusion over weather they meant resolution or the textures at the moment), and there's going to be minimal mouse and keyboard support and practically no graphics settings. At that point, GFWL is just the undigested corn in the goddamn shit.

That stinks. Seems almost a waste to put it on PC if the devs aren't even going to put forth the effort to see the game reach a level of potential you would expect from the PC version.

Yeah, and the worst part is that it's going to get pirated to hell and back now, and the developer is going to take that as a sign that they shouldn't make PC Games, and people that are completely ignorant of PC Gaming, like Mazer, are going to have even more ammo.
