Does the forum inform you when you receive a PM or a Friend Request?

The messages button should change if you have a pm.

Seems friend requests don't run through pm's. You can check your profile and go to "Friends and Foes" to see if you have any friend requests.

I sent you a pm, so your messages button should hopefully have changed.

I'm going to add everybody on this site to my friend's list.

Is there a way I can turn off emoticons? I legitimately find them annoying. Sometimes I just want to type a :D without a big ol' stupid Pinkie Pie showing up and sucking the fun out of it.

EDIT: Found an option to disable emoticons in my post. I wonder if I can default it that way though.

If only there was a way to limit the number of images per post.

edit: This place is soo much better the last one.

Oddest PM's i've ever seen, but they work so I won't complain.

I noticed that images aren't automatically resized to fit the width of the page.

Is this correct? Just wanted to make sure it isn't just me.

Also. I thought maybe this might change if I allow scripts, so I tried that, but oddly enough allowing scripts causes all images to fail to load altogether.

Might be just you. They resize for me.

I tried again just now and enabled some scripts, which made more scripts appear, and so on. I enabled like a billion scripts (dang this board has a lot) until everything was enabled, but still no images appear.

(It seems like the images are still being loaded. They just don't appear on the page for some reason. I tried zooming in/out to see if that magically make them pop into view, but, that didn't work either.)

And yet the images appear when all scripts are blocked. (now that's ironic) They're just not resized. Not that I mind.

Pictures appear resized for me. But they only appear when the complete page and all pics are 100% loaded, which most of the time takes ages even if there aren't a lot of pics on a page.

And the Log out button is bugged for me atm the same way it already has been for some people (no picture appearing, still clickable).

I suggest adding "background-repeat: no-repeat;" to the body tag in the CSS style sheet. The repeating background image is really bugging me.

I suggest that Plinkett should be forced to remain in character in all of his posts.

It would be cool if clicking a thread on the main page (before actually entering a subforum) would automatically take you to the last page instead of the 1st one.

Next to thread names and the people who posted last should be a little page icon that is either orange or white. Clicking on it will take you to the last post in that thread that you haven't read.

Orange represents a thread with unread posts while white represents a thread where you've entered since the last time someone posted.

Oh... I didn't realise that. Now I feel moderately stupid.
