this episode left me kinda unsure of how to feel with this one. i thought it was just ok.

It was a pretty weak episode. Not as zany as I would expect from it,and what happened to Rainbow Dash? I thought her Rainbow effect got rid of her selfishness for good, but it came back here for a book. A book Daring Do her self probably has a copy of of lying around, after all she made it.

Applejack and Rarity's spat over two items was eh, I agree with both of them regarding our silly each item is to each pony.

Pinkie Pie's Flim Flam mode was the best part.

Rainbow thing was about loyalty i think it was fine for her to get swept up in the excitement with getting something she really wanted and she has been so worn down from those fetch quests that finally getting her hands on one was probably like "I DID IT FUCK YEA" and then she was like "oh wait" so i think it worked but whatever. the ep was weak but man its nowhere as bad as aint easy being breeze.

That was a better episode compared to last week, good to see Spike get some spotlight as of late, too bad he's confirmed friendzone now.

of course spike is in the friend zone he is like a child dragon. rarity cant be a pedo.

anyways the episode as i expected was awesome. then again i cant seem to remember a rarity episode disappointing me. i expect a lot of jokes to come from rarity's facial expressions.

this episode is the weirdest episode i have seen it went from shit to good through out. the awkward jokes were great like when spike tried to create fire with his mind. just good shit. a 7/10.

I think I would've liked it more if it focused more on the games, and not on Spike acting full of himself, them moping around.

But overall it was decent, Spike trying to light his flame like a Zippo Lighter was good.

i will say i think thats going to be one of the biggest complaints of the ep that it built up the games and then just focus on spike i feel was kind of an injustice for people who were expecting the games to have a central focus etc. i do think they could have done a equestria games without it being a spike episode. but yea it was an average "ok" episode it didnt do things terribly bad but it didnt do anything else.

Guess the guy who works on the show, I think it was Jayson, was right when I asked if villains from the previous Generation will return to this.

I guess with the upcoming Rainbow Rocks, and probably other EQ stuff, I guess this makes sense, but even season four came out the same year as the first EG.

That was the best season finale the show has had so far, but it's not like it's hard to top Magical Mystery Cure and Best Night Ever.
