I haven't had a good track record with DS's hinges, my original DS's hinge broke, my DS Lite's hinge broke..... twice and I notice a little wobble in my 3DS XL's hinge and its freaking me out.

Never had the issue, but yeah it's probably something inside that's loose and causing your 3DS to hang low, wobble to and fro.

Yes. It's standard, you have notes to hit, notes to swipe and notes to hold down and release.
