Because they were lame shows with boring conflicts and little humor where almost nothing ever happened. Like, what was ever the conflict in Hey Arnold!? "I've gotta win this boat race"?

If I watch cartoons, I wanna see something that can't happen in real life. Shows like Doug and Hey Arnold! were all about stuff that happens in real life. Boring. Arthur already does the "real life" with life lessons and morals things waaaaaaay better. There's a reason it's still on the air after 16 years.

That ones a good point.

I agree it wasn't spectacular by comparison to other Disney 90s animated shows, but I thought it was interesting, plus it had a good theme.

I hope Twilight says this in the movie:

i just realized in the trailer the human 6 whatever placed fake pony ears on them. hopefully this means twilight gets creepy and makes those ears and was like "omg your just like my pony friends yes just like them" and then twilight eats a hamburger and acquires a taste for meat.

We're gonna have to stream this thing once it comes out on YouTube or whatever.
