EDIT: Got a reply back from someone who made one of the MLP soundboards for Android, and used Kyospawn clips. The Soundboard was taken down by Hasbro's order, and he probably will never get back to it.

Shame, but odd, I didn't think Hasbro was against something like this, more so that the guy wasn't getting money for it

Hasbro's just out to protect it's property. It's likely less because they have a problem with them and more because they have to show everyone the same level of strictness. Otherwise they could lose their copyright or something.
