FTL is a legit good game, I've sunk 80+ hours into it. I always got that "I'll stay up for one more game" kind of feel from it.

Legends of Equestria is going to have an Open Server Weekend on April 18th 12:01am until April 20th 11:59pm

Register on their forums before the 18th, as the servers will be very busy once the weekend starts!

I honestly don't remember the difference between the two. It's interesting to see how this one will shape up though.

Anyone else having issue with the site?

When I go to it it's stuck on the loading screen with white background, but when I press stop it'll load the website. This loading can go on for over two minutes without the site being visible.

Just played some FTL:AE. It's just as fun as I remember it being. Even more so, since shit just got a lot harder. Even on easy, my federation cruiser was close to losing to the flagship at the end.

have you tried the Flak cannon yet?

Oh yeah, I tried it on the Federation cruiser type C. Also bought two Flak 1s, my ship was just one giant flak cannon. Tore through shields like a knife through butter.

Offense overload. With a maxed artillery beam + a volley of 10 lasers + a small bomb + max cloak and stealth weapons, I cut through the rebel flagship like it was NUTHIN

I just got two Flak lvl 2 and one lvl 1 + Weapon Pre-Igniter

the rebel ship didn't even got a chance to use its power surge in the second match and only once in its third

what really sucks is I thought I was recording but I only got like 1 seconds

I have the stealth ship but haven't really tried it in AE yet. I tried the new ship but I lost at the flagship, so disappointing :(

Damn, I would've liked to have seen that. I don't think I've ever beat the flagship without seeing its power surge in stage 2. Needless to say with that zoltan shield up in stage 3, I always get blasted by it at least a couple times.
