I mean seriously, i can't believe there are people who actually liked this episode!! And don't say it was because Marylight, because it isn't, the episode was just very, very horrid.

just like how people cant believe grown adults like this show as well :p just kidding. i am not surprised people liked this episode and im just as not surprised people didnt like it. the musical moments were a bit excessive but the core concept of the cutie marks switching around was awesome and yea i would agree it wasnt fully developed. but its a kids show and the main purpose since season 1 was to sell toys. be thankful the show isnt as bad as the zelda tv show at least you can see at the least some effort with what they had.

I get the feeling this just means season 4 starts with a two-parter (not that that's particularly surprising).

the person who twittered this included the S3 finale thus its a 3 parter. the finale plus the 2 part season opener.

this is why i like eps like these(not the shiping). Even after you watched it like 4 times, something new still pops up that makes you want to watch it again

assuming the world isnt going to be full of pony hybrids. im going to say the cast of that world in that show will be done in that same style.

Here's my new vision for MLP.. don't replace Pinkie Pie. Instead replace AJ, make Pinkie Pie live at apple acres, and introduce a new character, which should probably be DJ.

I dreamt an entire ep of MLP front to back. Here it goes:

Fluttershy found 5 new friends. One of them taught her about lifting weights. She became addicting to working out. Twilight tried to get her to come back but Fluttershy got angry and told her they were always regressing her and trying to keep her shy.

At a dinner party / ball on a cruise ship Fluttershy was dancing with the Fleur's boyfriend. (it wasn't actually him, but he looked just like him. A recolor basically.) Twilight and the gang taught up a plan to get Fluttershy back. AJ said Twilight should be the lead because Twi is the stupid one and thus the guy wouldn't suspect her. (I think her saying that was supposed to be a funny part)

The plan was that when Twilight goes up to him, they switch her with Celestia at the last second, and Celestia would break his spell that was controlling Fluttershy. The plan goes off without a hitch at which point Twi says "HIT IT, CELESTIA" and Celestia brings the house down with her beats at the DJ table. The entire party freaks out and a riot happens, only the hip ponies like Vynil are left and they are dancing. Celestia and the mane six are sitting around a table enjoying themselves.

And that's what happened.

I guess it was like a mix of several existing eps, including the Iron Will ep, and the Fleur / Best Night Ever eps.
