My guesses are either wii u exclusive rayman game, a new multiplatfrom rayman game, or playable rayman, its way too suspicious that they had a 3d model of rayman laying around here, this is ubisoft were talking about here.

if it was Rayman then they could have just used the one they built

or maybe it could be someone else like form Assassin's Creed and they are just borrowing Rayman as a cameo like Klonoa said
